When the woman with the issue of blood came to touch Jesus, she said, “If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole”. The word ‘may’ speaks of probability; so the woman spoke of her plan as a probability. When something is a probability, it could succeed or fail.
In a matter of time, this woman touched the hem of Jesus’ garment, and was made whole. What began as a probability later became a certainty; what looked like it might happen or not happen eventually happened. Her uncertain plan became a certain reality; her plan moved from probability to certainty.
Friend, are there thoughts and plans in your life that appear too uncertain?
Are there successes you desire but they seem like they may never happen? Are there levels you want to attain, but you rate your chances as mere probabilities? Are there prayers you have made, and the answers seem like they just may or may not become your reality?
Today, God says, your probabilities will become certainties. The positive things that seem like they may never come to you will come to you; the successes you are not sure to attain will soon become your reality; the heights you feel you may never attain will soon become your new level; some things may appear like they may or may not work out, but God says, they will all work out for your good.
But in all of this, there must be faith. A belief from within that what is declared will be made manifest. And so, as you hand your positive probabilities over to God, believe completely that He will make them certain. And he will.
2 Corinthians 1: 20 says: “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”
Declare With Me: My probabilities shall become certainties, in Jesus’ name!
