Module 4:5 Fundamentals of Leadership

• Identify the 5 Fundamentals of Leadership from Vision to Heart Management

Module 5:Journey to Influence

• Recognize the 7 step journey that leads to influencing anybody

Module 6: Key Laws of Leadership

Module 7: Practical Leadership Communication

• Improve your leadership communication with 7 types of Practical Communication style every leader must master and use daily

Module 8: Problem Solving and Decision Making

• Learn how to solve any problem and make good decisions

Module 9: Leadership Motivation Strategies

• Understand the principle of Motivation and develop the power to keep subordinates and team mates motivated.
